Í lok árs 2025 höfðu um 13.000 ESB-gerðir (tilskipanir og reglugerðir) verið teknar upp í EES-samninginn og innleiddar í íslenskan rétt síðan samningurinn tók gildi árið 1994. Þetta endurspeglar uppsafnað regluverkið sem Ísland hefur tekið upp í gegnum ákvarðanir sameiginlegu EES-nefndarinnar.

As of late 2025, approximately 13,000 EU legal acts (directives and regulations) had been incorporated into the EEA Agreement and transposed into Icelandic law since the Agreement entered into force in 1994. This represents the cumulative acquis adopted by Iceland through the EEA Joint Committee decision process.
